The New Jersey trio - consisting of Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean and Pras Michel - are reuniting to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their multi-platinum 1996 album The Score. US hip-hop group the Fugees are set to embark on a reunion world tour, performing together for the first time in more than 15 years.
